Refund Policy
When a course is cancelled or a seat is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to the client. London Elite Centre must review the registration request and availability of seats before confirming registration.
The fees are fully refunded if the client cancels the course (with notification 15 days before the start date).
An urgent situation like a crisis or a denial of access at the airport will result in the course cost being refunded in full or rescheduled. Refunds will be provided if rescheduling cannot be agreed upon.
